Job summary

Strategic Therapy Associates in Virginia is seeking a Resident in Counseling, a Supervisee in Social Work, or a Licensed Mental Health Professional to become a certified Functional Family Therapist (FFT). You will provide home-based mental health counseling to youths 10–18 and their families, using FFT.

Qualifications

• Must be registered or eligible as LMHP-R or LMHP-S in Virginia.
• QMHP-C with 5+ years experience with children and families also considered.
• Valid driver's license, auto insurance, personal vehicle, and good driving record.

Responsibilities

• Manage a caseload of 10-15 families for 8-26 weeks each.
• Provide at least 1 hour/week of home-based family therapy.
• Flexible hours to meet family needs.
• Complete all documentation accurately.
• Travel within a one-hour drive as needed.
