Job summary

Loews Hotels & Co is seeking a Sourcing Manager - FF&E to support daily contract commitments across Design & Construction and Finance. You will handle architectural, interior, engineering, and consulting contracts, process purchase orders, and manage invoice flow in Oracle.

Build vendor lists and maintain FF&E specs and cost data to support project delivery. You will collaborate with design teams and purchasing agents, track billings, ensure compliance with company policies, and contribute to

Qualifications

• Understanding and knowledge of basic accounting principles.
• Strong interpersonal and time management skills.
• Results driven; highly organized and detail oriented with ability to manage large volumes of data.
• Disciplined and self-motivated with strong ability to multitask.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with databases such as Oracle.

Responsibilities

• Manage contract commitments, processing, tracking change orders and invoice processing for various contracts (architectural, interior, engineering, consulting, PO, and capital expenditure).
• Process approved contracts in Oracle, handle change orders and budget increases; review invoices for compliance.
