Job summary

DyeLot is seeking a Project Manager to lead FF&E procurement for hospitality interiors—hotels, restaurants, and guest environments. You will bridge design and procurement, managing budgets, lead times, and client expectations, with a focus on delivering high-quality, on-time installations.

You will coordinate with designers, vendors, and installation teams, owning schedules, RFQs, and reports while maintaining strong client relationships and proactive problem-solving in a lean, fast-moving

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in FF&E procurement, interior design project management, or a closely related field.
• Excellent Excel skills for tracking spreadsheets, budgets, and cost reports.
• Strong written and verbal communication with clients, vendors, and internal teams.

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day management of FF&E procurement projects from kickoff to closeout.
• Build and maintain detailed project schedules and procurement timelines.
• Coordinate with designers, vendors, receiving warehouses, and installation teams throughout the project lifecycle.
