Qualifikationen

• High school diploma required; associate degree preferred.
• 3-5 years of related experience.
• Experience handling PHI and data security.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

• Answers all incoming phone calls in real time and politely with trauma-informed approach.
• Schedules fetal imaging and prenatal consultations with sub-specialties.
• Timely documentation in EMR.
• Communicates with families about the referral process and next steps.
• Acquires maternal records for referrals.
• Distributes and confirms receipts of NFCC correspondence to referrers.
• Coordinates telehealth appointments for sub-specialty providers and families.
• Participates in departmental programs and demonstrates competency with Microsoft Office.
