Zusammenfassung

SIFF is seeking a Festival Producer to oversee the logistics and operation of the Seattle film festivals. You will manage venues, events, and staffing across NFFTY and SIFF festivals, ensuring smooth execution and on-budget delivery.

The role requires leading a team, coordinating 80+ seasonal staff, and balancing administrative work with on-site event management. Excellent communication and project management are essential.

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years of experience in event or festival production.
• 5+ years leading a high-performing team.
• 3+ years managing volunteers.
• 5+ years customer service experience.
• 3+ years working film festivals.
• Proficient in Google Drive and Microsoft Office.

Aufgaben

• Oversee end-to-end program execution, ensuring logistical excellence.
• Lead logistical planning, including venue selection and design, ticketing, scheduling, and staffing.
• Manage program budgets with Director of Finance and Artistic Director per SIFF policy.
• Ensure venue contracts and negotiations follow SIFF policy.
• Mentor seasonal staff and coordinate hiring of 80+ staff.
