Spoleto Festival U.S.A. seeks a Company Manager to lead housing, travel logistics, and year‑round operations for its annual festival in Charleston. The role involves managing artist and crew housing, vendor coordination, and staff supervision.

You’ll coordinate travel, build partner relationships, and help plan season strategies while ensuring high standards and compliance during the festival period.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in arts/culture or production.
• Experience in arts festival management or logistics preferred.
• Strong communication and organizational skills required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate housing needs for artists, crew, and staff.
• Manage housing setup, check-in/out, and contracts.
• Document travel plans and airport/ground transportation.
• Hire, train, and supervise seasonal staff.
• Plan travel for audition tours and events.
• Maintain relationships with housing partners and sponsors.
• Review policies to improve operations for artists and staff.
• Contribute to long-range planning with housing/logistics insights.
