Job summary

Forvia seeks a Division FES and Productivity Manager to lead Lean and FES initiatives at the plant level in a dynamic automotive setting. You will deploy standardized work, train teams, and drive flow improvements to reduce lead times.

The role requires strong coaching, problem-solving, and change-management skills with fluent English and a background in production leadership within a manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years of managerial experience in Production / PC&L / Quality Manager roles.
  • 3 years of production environment experience recommended.
  • Fluent English, written and spoken.

Responsibilities

  • Lead FES at the plant, deploying standardized work and training.
  • Drive productivity improvements, lead DLE/DLP tracking and action plans.
  • Oversee lean tooling deployment (NEO, DMC, mLean) and Kanban sizing.
  • Act as a change agent to promote FES mindset and continuous improvement.
