The Fertilizer Manager will supervise the branch fertilizer operations, manage inventory, and coordinate blending of liquids and dry fertilizers while supporting sales staff and safety practices.

You will oversee the fertilizer set up team, ensure regulatory compliance, analyze profitability, and contribute to marketing plans to boost fertilizer income.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Three years of relevant work experience required.
• Fluent in English; Spanish is a valuable skill.
• Knowledge of DOT regulations, welding, and pump repair.

Responsibilities

• Purchases fertilizer and maintains inventory control.
• Manages bulk storage for tank farm.
• Ensures regulatory compliance of fertilizer equipment.
• Directs the blending of liquid and dry fertilizers.
• Analyzes product profitability and efficient utilization of equipment.
• Assists Branch Manager in developing marketing plans to maximize fertilizer income.
• Provides technical training to the branch sales team.
• May drive a company vehicle.
• Manages other team members.
• Provides excellent customer service to all customers.
