Role requires familiarity with heavy machinery, safety protocols, and basic math. You will maintain the facility, load/unload trucks, and ensure inventory controls while delivering reliable service to internal and external customers.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Familiarity with heavy machinery.
• Knowledgeable in safety equipment operations.
• Understanding of weights and measures, dry and liquid.
• Competent in basic math skills.
• Ability to operate equipment for extended periods.
• English reading/writing/speaking required; Spanish is a plus.
• Valid U.S. driver's license to drive Helena vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Safe operation of articulating loader to blend dry fertilizer and pour fertilizer blends.
• Assist Fertilizer Manager with mixing and pouring of dry and liquid elements.
• Daily maintenance and cleaning of fertilizer facility.
• Assist with loading and unloading of fertilizer trucks.
• Assist with inventory controls.
• Drive a company vehicle.
• Provide excellent customer service to all customers.
• Other duties as assigned by leader.
• Reliable and regular attendance required.
• Follow all company policies and procedures.
