Qualifications

• Five+ years of experience in agricultural field with leadership
• Strong leadership and organizational skills
• Detail oriented with excellent communication skills, verbal and written
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Outlook; able to learn company software
• Knowledge of preventive maintenance and facility management is preferred

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations of the facility to maximize profit
• Maintain records of incoming/outbound shipments
• Supervise and train workforce with clear job assignments
• Invoice shipments and receiving daily
• Monitor staff performance and develop employees
• Build relationships with customers and key suppliers
• Repair and maintain the facility and keep maintenance records
• Ensure a safe working environment
