Job summary

Qualifications

• Must understand basic business principles of inventory management and personnel supervision.
• Demonstrated strong leadership and organizational skills.
• Class A CDL with Hazmat endorsement, or ability to obtain.
• Category 1A and 4 applicators license, or ability to obtain.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Detail oriented with excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations of the seed hub.
• Keep personnel updated on customers’ orders.
• Order seed using Agvance Ordering system.
• Palletize seed orders for shipment.
• Assist with operational tasks for agronomy.
• Maintain a safe working environment.
