Job summary

Keystone Cooperative, Inc. seeks an experienced Facility Operations Lead to oversee daily plant and warehouse activities for fertilizer distribution in our market area.

You will supervise staff, manage inventory, and ensure safe, efficient operations while maintaining customer and supplier relations. Strong Excel and communication skills are essential for accuracy and reporting progress.

Qualifications

• Five or more years of experience in agriculture with leadership responsibilities.
• Bachelor of Science degree preferred.
• Understanding of inventory management and personnel supervision.

Responsibilities

• Manage the day-to-day operations of the facility to maintain service quality and profit margins.
• Maintain daily records of incoming and outbound shipments.
• Lead and train staff; assign clear responsibilities and monitor performance.
• Invoice shipments and receiving daily.
• Build relationships with customers and suppliers to maximize profitability.
