Qualifications

• Five or more years of experience in agricultural field, along with leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage the day-to-day operations of the facility to maximize profit.
• Maintain daily records of incoming and outbound product shipments.
• Supervise workforce with training and clear assignments.
• Invoice shipments and receiving daily.
• Monitor employee performance and develop staff.
• Build relationships with customers and suppliers.
• Repair and maintain the facility; keep records.
• Ensure a safe working environment.
