Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or associate degree in agricultural, grain or business.
• 5+ years of related work experience.
• Basic agronomy knowledge and financial literacy.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to obtain required certifications.

Responsibilities

• Develop location personnel capabilities through hiring, coaching, training, and performance management.
• Support Regional Manager in driving sales growth and account management.
• Supervise mixing, loading, and dispatch.
• Manage facility inventory, finances, and assets.
• Make crop protection and fertility recommendations.
• Maintain location records and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Develop short- and long-term location plans.
