Job summary

Keystone Cooperative, Inc. seeks a proactive facilities manager to oversee fertilizer distribution and related activities. You will lead daily operations, ensure efficient service, and drive profitability while maintaining safety and high standards of accuracy in records and communications.

You will manage staff, coordinate with branches and departments, and optimize maintenance and procurement processes. A BS degree is preferred and leadership in agri-business is valued.

Qualifications

• Five+ years of leadership experience in agriculture or a related field.
• Bachelor degree preferred; strong understanding of agricultural operations.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day facility operations to meet divisional objectives and maximize profit.
• Maintain records of inbound/outbound shipments.
• Lead training and assign roles to staff.
• Invoice shipments daily.
• Monitor employee performance and develop staff.
• Build relationships with customers and suppliers.
• Repair and maintain facility and keep maintenance logs.
• Coordinate with supervisors and other departments to maximize profitability.
• Maintain a safe working environment.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
