The BlinkRx leadership role at The Cigna Group is a high-visibility position responsible for owning the BlinkRx business, managing day-to-day accountability, and driving the implementation of new drugs and services. You will work across operations and enterprise partners to ensure performance meets and exceeds forecasts.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience leading complex, cross-functional programs or business operations, ideally in pharmacy, healthcare, or a regulated environment.
• Proven ability to own a key business relationship or P&L-adjacent outcome and deliver growth.
• Strong background in process analysis, improvement, and change management.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, including with senior leaders.
• Comfort operating with ambiguity and shifting priorities in a fast-growing business.

• Own the BlinkRx business and day-to-day accountability, providing responsive account management and driving on-time implementation of new drugs and services.
• Lead highly complex, cross-functional initiatives from concept through execution with clear scope, timeline, and measurable value.
• Partner with sales, operations, product, and other leaders to achieve growth, margin, and expense goals, exploring new tools and technologies to reengineer work.
• Represent fertility pharmacies in enterprise-wide efforts and opportunities to drive success across the organization.
