You will lead complex cross-functional initiatives, partner with senior leaders, and drive growth, margin, and efficiency while exploring innovative tools to reengineer
Act as the primary business owner and day-to-day point of accountability for the growing BlinkRx relationship by providing responsive account management services and partnering on innovation. Serve as the connective tissue between BlinkRx, operations, and enterprise partners - including timely implementation of new drugs and services. Track to volume expectations, surface risks early, and recommend solutions that drive performance to meet and exceed our BlinkRx financial forecast.
Lead and manage highly complex, cross-functional initiatives from concept through execution, keeping stakeholders aligned on scope, timeline, and value. Partner with senior leaders to prioritize the most impactful work, aligned with business strategy, and provide clear, regular updates on project status and results.
Partner with sales, ops, product and other business leaders to accomplish growth, margin and expense goals. Explore how new tools and technologies can support and reengineer how we work. This is a rare, broad role for someone who thrives at the intersection of business ownership, program leadership, and continuous improvement. You’ll help define new standards of excellence for our fertility and specialty pharmacy business - and you’ll do it alongside a leadership team that values initiative, clarity, and impact.
