Qualifications

• Extensive experience leading complex, cross-functional programs or business operations, ideally in pharmacy, healthcare, or a regulated environment.
• Proven ability to own a key business relationship or P&L-adjacent outcome and deliver growth.
• Strong background in process analysis, improvement, and change management.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, including with senior leaders.
• Comfort operating with ambiguity and shifting priorities in a fast-growing business.

• Own BlinkRx business as primary owner and day-to-day accountability, providing responsive account management and partnering on innovation.
• Lead cross-functional initiatives from concept through execution, ensuring scope, timelines, and value are aligned.
