Job summary

Pinnacle Fertility is seeking a compassionate Patient Navigator RN to join our Cincinnati, OH team. You will monitor patients during fertility treatments, perform ultrasound scans or train to do so, educate patients, and coordinate care across clinical and support teams.

This full-time onsite role runs Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM, with after-hours on-call rotation and additional compensation. Oncology and OB/GYN experience is beneficial, and bilingual abilities are a plus.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted RN license in Ohio is required.
• BSN preferred.
• Maintain current BLS certification.

Responsibilities

• Conduct patient assessments and monitor responses to fertility treatments.
• Perform ultrasound scans or train to perform scans as needed.
• Provide triage support and clinical guidance within RN scope.
• Serve as dedicated navigator through each treatment cycle.
• Educate patients on protocols, medications, procedures, and outcomes.
• Coordinate and schedule appointments, labs, procedures, and follow-ups.
• Collaborate with financial counselors, embryology, and genetics teams for individualized plans.
• Maintain EMR documentation and track patient progress.
• Provide emotional support and address patient concerns.
• Be a consistent point of contact throughout care journey.
• Participate in team meetings and quality initiatives.
• Join after-hours on-call rotation with compensation.
• Rotate into OR to assist with procedures.
