Job summary

Spring Fertility is seeking a Patient Navigator to partner with the Care Team and help patients navigate fertility journeys with confidence. You will work alongside nurses to convey information clearly, track tests, and ensure a smooth transition into cycle management.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree and a passion for reproductive healthcare, plus exceptional communication skills. This is a full-time onsite position with early hours, rotational weekends, and holidays in San Francisco, CA.

Responsibilities

• Generate journey maps and calendars based on treatment plans.
• Facilitate, track and document completion of tests and diagnostic procedures.
• Develop trust and positive rapport with all new patients.
• Explain complex medical process and terms in a digestible manner.
• Monitor patient compliance and readiness for treatment scheduling appointments.
