Spring Fertility is seeking a Patient Navigator to work with our Care Team, guiding patients through fertility treatment cycles and coordinating tests and procedures. You will partner with nursing staff to present information clearly, build trust with new patients, and ensure a smooth transition into cycle management.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree and a passion for reproductive healthcare, with strong communication skills and a patient-centric approach.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required and background in reproductive healthcare appreciated.
• Excellent communication and patient-facing skills.
• Interest in fertility and patient support.

Responsibilities

• Generate journey maps and calendars based on treatment plans.
• Facilitate, track and document completion of tests and diagnostic procedures.
• Develop trust and positive rapport with all new patients.
• Explain complex medical processes in an understandable way.
• Monitor patient readiness for treatment and schedule appointments.
