US Fertility in Mokena, IL is seeking a dedicated Fertility Nurse Case Manager to coordinate patient care, manage treatment plans, and ensure a seamless experience for individuals pursuing pregnancy. You’ll collaborate with more than 200 physicians nationwide.

This full-time position runs Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM CT, with occasional weekends or holidays. Salary ranges from $72,000 to $84,000 per year, commensurate with experience, plus a sign-on bonus and strong opportunities for
