Job summary

US Fertility, in partnership with Shady Grove Fertility, is hiring a Patient Care Coordinator to join the Brandon, Florida team. The role focuses on supporting fertility patients through counseling, education, and coordination of care while collaborating with physicians and staff.

The successful candidate will provide compassionate patient support, ensure accurate communication of orders, and contribute to a culture of excellence and patient-centered care within a nationally recognized fertility

Qualifications

• Excellent oral and written communication, interpersonal and customer service skills.
• High School Diploma or GED
• Ability to work autonomously and in a team environment
• Strong attention to detail, demonstrated follows-through, and high degree of comfort with computer applications, accuracy and speed with data entry is required.
• Minimum of one year of prior experience in healthcare and familiarity with medical terminology

Responsibilities

• Assist with the clinical care of fertility patients
• Provide patient/couple counseling, procedure teaching, communicates physician orders and instructions
• Provide pre and post op education
• Establish a compassionate environment by providing emotional and psychological support to patients and patients' families
• Work independently to assure the program goals are achieved
• Support and promote excellence in customer service
