Job summary

US Fertility in Brandon, FL is hiring a Patient Care Coordinator to join the Shady Grove Fertility network. You will support fertility patients, provide counseling, and coordinate care across clinical teams.

Qualifications

• Excellent oral and written communication, interpersonal and customer service skills.
• High School Diploma or GED
• Ability to work autonomously and in a team environment
• Strong attention to detail, demonstrated ability to follow-through, and high degree of comfort with computer applications, accuracy and speed with data entry is required.
• Minimum of one year of prior experience in healthcare and familiarity with medical terminology

Responsibilities

• Assist with the clinical care of fertility patients.
• Provide patient/couple counseling and instructions from physicians
• Provide pre and post op education
• Establish a compassionate environment by providing emotional and psychological support to patients and patients' families
• Work independently to assure the program goals are achieved
