Job summary

US Fertility in Saint Petersburg, FL, is seeking a Patient Care Coordinator to join our team Mon–Fri, 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM. You’ll support fertility patients, provide counseling, and help educate patients and families throughout the care journey.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma, strong communication, attention to detail, and healthcare exposure. You’ll work with a national network of physicians and play a key role in delivering compassionate, high-quality patient care.

Qualifications

• Excellent oral and written communication, interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Ability to work autonomously and in a team environment.
• Strong attention to detail, accurate data entry and speed with computer applications.
• Minimum of one year of prior experience in healthcare and familiarity with medical terminology.

Responsibilities

• Assist with the clinical care of fertility patients.
• Provide patient/couple counseling, procedure teaching, communicates physician orders and instructions.
• Provide pre and post op education.
• Establish a compassionate environment by providing emotional and psychological support to patients and patients' families.
• Work independently to assure the program goals are achieved.
• Support and promote excellence in customer service.
