Job summary

US Fertility in Saint Petersburg, FL is seeking a Patient Care Coordinator to join our on-site team. This role supports fertility patients through clinical assistance, counseling, and education, ensuring compassionate care and clear physician communication.

Schedule is Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM. We offer a comprehensive benefits package and opportunities for professional development within a national network of fertility centers.

Qualifications

• Excellent oral and written communication, interpersonal and customer service skills.
• High School Diploma or GED.
• Ability to work autonomously and in a team environment.
• Strong attention to detail; adept with data entry and computer applications.
• Minimum of one year of healthcare experience and familiarity with medical terminology.

Responsibilities

• Assist with the clinical care of fertility patients
• Provide patient/couple counseling, procedure teaching, communicates physician orders and instructions
• Provide pre and post op education
• Establish a compassionate environment by providing emotional and psychological support to patients and patients' families
• Work independently to assure the program goals are achieved
• Support and promote excellence in customer service
