US Fertility is seeking a Fertility Nurse Case Manager to join Fertility Centers of Illinois in Mokena, Illinois. This full-time role offers a Monday–Friday schedule 8:00 AM–4:30 PM CT with occasional weekends and holidays.

Salary range is $72,000 to $84,000 per year, commensurate with experience. As part of a national network of premier fertility centers, you’ll collaborate with 200+ physicians and multidisciplinary teams to coordinate care, monitor treatment plans, and educate patients and

• RN required; BSN preferred.
• Current state RN license without limitations required.
• IVF/Fertility experience and background in women’s health preferred.
• Ability to manage a caseload of patients.
• Computer proficiency required.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work as part of a multi-disciplinary team.

Opportunity Overview

We have an immediate opening for a Fertility Nurse Case Manager to join our team at Fertility Centers of Illinois in Mokena,Illinois.

• Schedule: Monday through Friday, from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM Central Time; occasional weekend and holidays
• Compensation: $72,000 to $84,000 per year (commensurate with experience)

In this role, the Fertility Nurse Case Manager will:

• Assist with the coordination, case management, and treatment of fertility patients
• Monitor patients throughout treatment plans, providing direction and education
• Communicate physician orders and instructions, as well as laboratory results with appropriate interpretation and explanation
• Establish a compassionate environment by providing support to patients and their families
• Document patient care services by charting in patient and department records

Qualifications and Skills Include

• RN required; BSN preferred
• Current state RN license without limitations required
• IVF/Fertility experience and background in women’s health preferred
• Ability to manage a caseload of patients
• Computer proficiency required
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work as part of a multi-disciplinary team and build and maintain effective working relationships
• Strong customer service and results oriented; highly responsive to requests
