Job summary

Pinnacle Fertility - Michigan in Bloomfield Hills seeks a Laboratory Assistant to support the andrology and endocrinology labs. The role is full-time, on-site, with shifts 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM or 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM, and a limited weekend/holiday rotation as needed.

You will help with lab operations, sample handling, patient check-in/out, cryogenic storage, and coordination with vendors. A detail-oriented, compassionate, team-focused candidate thrives here.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; biology/chemistry degree preferred.
• 6+ months of laboratory experience outside coursework encouraged.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist with lab operations, audits, compliance checks and reporting.
• Assist with patient check-in and check-out processes.
• Manage cryogenic storage equipment and inventory of specimens.
• Coordinate transportation of cryopreserved specimens with vendors.
• Maintain EMR patient records and process requests.
• Serve as liaison between lab, physicians and nursing teams.
• Organize lab paperwork, supplies and data submission.
• Support additional projects and administrative duties.
