Job summary

IVI RMA North America in Basking Ridge, NJ is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) for a full-time role. The position involves coordinating fertility patient care from intake to treatment, with a focus on clinical excellence and patient experience.

Responsibilities include coordinating care, documenting in EMR, educating patients, and supporting providers. Requires BSN, active RN license, and EMR proficiency; weekend/holiday availability is expected. Salary ranges from $85k to $93k DOE.

Qualifications

Active Registered Nurse (RN) license without limitations.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
Experience working with Electronic Medical Records (EMR) systems.
Two or more years of practical nursing experience – highly preferred.
Prior experience in women's health, reproductive medicine, fertility, OB/GYN, or a related specialty - preferred.

Responsibilities

Coordinate the care, management, and treatment of fertility patients.
Implement provider directives through the management of diagnostic testing and clinical treatment plans.
Provide care in accordance with established RMA workflows, policies, procedures, and clinical practice guidelines.
Review medical records and laboratory results, ensuring accurate information is documented within the EMR.
Communicate test results, treatment plans, and patient instructions in a timely and professional manner.
Maintain accurate, complete, and timely documentation of patient care activities within the EMR.
