Job summary

IVI RMA North America Marlton, New Jersey, is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to join our fertility team. You will guide patients through every stage of their treatment journey, coordinating care and education while collaborating with providers to ensure exceptional patient experiences.

You will handle education, EMR documentation, and clinical support with a focus on compassionate, patient-centered care in a dynamic fertility setting.

Qualifications

• Active RN license without limitations is required.
• BSN degree is required.
• BCLS, ACLS, and/or IV certification preferred.
• Two or more years of practical nursing experience is highly preferred.
• Prior experience in women's health, reproductive medicine, fertility, OB/GYN, or related specialty preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate care, management, and treatment of fertility patients.
• Implement provider directives through diagnostic testing and treatment plans.
• Document accurately within the EMR and review medical records and lab results.
• Communicate test results and patient instructions in a timely, professional manner.
• Educate patients throughout all phases of fertility treatment.
• Provide emotional and psychological support to patients and families.
• Demonstrate sound clinical judgment and assist with in-office procedures as needed.
• Mentor peers and collaborate with clinical and administrative teams.
