Job summary

IVIRMA North America is seeking Registered Nurses for our Morristown, NJ location. This full-time role runs Monday–Friday from 8:30am–4:30pm with weekend rotation, supporting patients through fertility testing and treatment. You will coordinate care, educate patients, and document thoroughly in the EMR.

Ideal candidates have a BSN, an active RN license, and 2+ years of nursing experience, with proficiency in MS Office and EMR systems. Previous women’s health or fertility experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse license in good standing
• 2+ years of practical nursing experience
• BSN degree required
• Availability to work weekends/holidays
• MS Office proficiency
• Electronic Medical Records (EMR) experience

Responsibilities

• Coordinate patient care throughout diagnostic testing and fertility treatment.
• Carry out provider-directed clinical and treatment plans.
• Review medical records, laboratory results and treatment information.
• Communicate test results, treatment instructions and next steps to patients.
• Educate patients and couples about testing, treatment options, medications, procedures and what to expect.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation within the EMR.
• Perform nursing interventions and procedures to support patient care and safety.
• Provide compassionate support and help patients navigate emotional aspects of fertility treatment.
• Assist providers with in-office procedures when needed.
• Collaborate with physicians, APPs, nurses and care team.
• Share knowledge and support development of fellow nurses and team members.
