Job summary

US Fertility in Wellington, FL is seeking a Clinical Administrative Coordinator to join IVF Florida's patient-centered team. This role supports clinical operations, scheduling, insurance verification, and medical office administration to ensure a smooth patient experience.

The ideal candidate will have 1+ year hospital or medical office exposure, phlebotomy experience, BLS certification, and strong organizational skills to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 1+ year experience in a hospital or medical office setting required.
• Phlebotomy experience required.
• BLS certification required.
• Extensive knowledge of insurance/benefits, medical terminology and medical billing.
• Women’s health, OB/GYN, or Fertility experience preferred.
• Knowledge of office procedure and office machines (i.e. computer, fax, copier, etc.).
• Basic computer proficiency with Microsoft Office suite.
• Ability to communicate accurately and concisely.
• Excellent interpersonal skills.
• Strong attention to detail.
