US Fertility is seeking a Fertility (RN) Nurse / Clinical Research Coordinator (Float) to join IVF Florida in Pembroke Pines, FL. You will coordinate patient care, manage treatments, teach injections, schedule visits, and support research activities across a national fertility network.

Requirements include an RN license, 1 year RN experience, and BLS; IVF/fertility experience is preferred. This full-time role offers comprehensive benefits and growth opportunities within US Fertility’s nationwide

Qualifications

• RN license in state with no limitations
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a clinical RN position
• Clinical research experience preferred
• BLS certification required
• IVF/Fertility experience preferred
• Ability to manage a caseload of patients
• Computer proficiency required
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work in a multi-disciplinary team and maintain relationships
• Strong customer service orientation and responsiveness

Responsibilities

• Coordinate, case manage, and treat fertility patients

• Communicate physician orders and lab results clearly

Opportunity Overview

We have an immediate opening for a Fertility (RN) Nurse / Clinical Research Coordinator (Float) to join our team at IVF Florida in Pembroke Pines, Florida.

• Schedule: Monday through Friday, from 7:30 AM to 4:30 PM, with rotating weekends and holidays and the ability to float to the Margate location as needed

In this role, the Fertility (RN) Nurse / Clinical Research Coordinator (Float) will:

• Assist with the coordination, case management, and treatment of fertility patients
• Monitor patients throughout treatment plans, providing direction and education
• Teach about procedures and how to administer injections
• Schedule treatment after initial and follow up visits
• Document patient care services by charting in patient and department records
• Communicate physician orders and instructions, as well as laboratory results, with appropriate interpretation and explanation
• Establish a compassionate environment by providing support to patients and their families
• Assist with performing clinical activities and administrative work in support of the research study
• Assist with conducting study consultations with patients
• Assist with coordinating CRI site visits and inspections
• Assist with processing patient or program incidents within designated area and help to prepare necessary documentation
• Assist in addressing and resolving day‑to‑day issues that pertain to the research department
• Attend meetings as assigned; communicate issues where appropriate
• Provide additional RN and clinical research support duties as assigned

Qualifications and Skills Include

• RN required; BSN preferred
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a clinical RN position required

• Current state RN license without limitations required
• BLS certification required
• IVF/Fertility experience and background in women’s health preferred
• Ability to manage a caseload of patients
