Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; associate’s or bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 1–2 years of fertility or women’s health experience.
• Experience working with EMRs required.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple patients and tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Compassionate, patient-centered approach with high emotional intelligence.
• Familiarity with insurance coordination and financial clearance is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a liaison between patients, physicians, nursing staff, embryology, and financial teams.
• Facilitate clear, compassionate communication with patients regarding next steps.
• Educate patients on treatment processes, timelines, and milestones.
• Coordinate physician schedules and patient appointments.
• Prepare patient charts in the EMR and ensure documentation is complete.
• Coordinate pre-cycle testing, consents, and financial clearance.
• Assist with treatment planning, calendar, medications, and cycle prep.
• Maintain HIPAA compliance and adherence to clinic policies.
