Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Active New Jersey Pharmacy Technician registration is required.
• Willingness to obtain registrations in Texas and other states as needed.
• Strong written and verbal communication with a patient-centric approach.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage many patient records accurately.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills with proactive problem-solving.

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, timely support to patients via calls, messages, and other channels.
• Assist patient onboarding by collecting and documenting required information.
• Coordinate medication scheduling, refills, and shipment arrangements.
• Address patient questions on status, scheduling, and pharmacy services.
• Educate patients about the medication fulfillment process and timelines.
• Document patient interactions and follow-up with accuracy.
