Job summary

US Fertility is seeking a Patient Care Coordinator for the Reproductive Science Center of the San Francisco Bay Area in Menlo Park, CA. Schedule is Tue–Fri, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, with one weekend per month and two holidays per year. Compensation ranges from $28 to $35 per hour, commensurate with experience.

You will assist with clinical care, provide counseling and education, and support both patients and families in a high‑quality fertility practice.

Qualifications

Excellent oral and written communication, interpersonal and customer service skills.
High School Diploma or GED.
Ability to work autonomously and in a team environment.
Strong attention to detail, follow-through, and comfort with data entry.
Minimum of one year of prior experience in healthcare and familiarity with medical terminology.

Responsibilities

Assist with the clinical care of fertility patients.
Provide patient/couple counseling, procedure teaching, communicates physician orders and instructions.
Provide pre and post op education.
Establish a compassionate environment by providing emotional and psychological support to patients and patients' families.
Work independently to assure the program goals are achieved.
Support and promote excellence in customer service.
