Job summary

US Fertility in San Ramon, CA, is seeking a Registered Nurse - Third Party Case Manager to join the Reproductive Science Center of the San Francisco Bay Area. This full-time, on-site role offers a daytime schedule, with one weekend per month and some holidays.

The compensation ranges from $65 to $70 per hour, dependent on experience, with opportunities for growth within a nationally respected fertility network.

Qualifications

• RN (2 year degree program) or LPN is required.
• Current state RN or LPN license without limitations is required.
• Minimum 2 years of related healthcare experience; healthcare experience preferred.
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in women’s health care required; IVF experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Identifies patient care requirements by establishing rapport with patients and others who understand care needs.
• Establishes a compassionate environment by providing emotional, psychological, and spiritual support to patients and families.
• Counsels patients on initial visits regarding ART and infertility treatment and coordinates treatment.
• Assists with coordination of recipient/donor treatment plans with clinical protocols.
• Assists with coordination of some surrogate and embryo donation treatment plans with clinical protocols.
• Communicates physician orders and instructions.
• Communicates lab results with interpretation and explanation.
• Monitors post-treatment follow-up.
• Assists physician to resolve patient problems using multidisciplinary team strategies.

Education

RN (2 year degree) or LPN

Current state RN or LPN license without limitations

Minimum 2 years healthcare experience

Minimum 3 years’ experience in women’s health care

IVF experience preferred
