Job summary

US Fertility is hiring a Patient Care Coordinator for the San Francisco Bay Area. The role involves assisting with fertility patient care, counseling, and education in a compassionate setting. The team collaborates with physicians nationwide to deliver patient-centered care and support.

Work hours are Tue–Fri, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM, with one weekend per month and two holidays per year. Compensation ranges from $28 to $35 per hour, commensurate with experience.

Qualifications

• Excellent oral and written communication, interpersonal and customer service skills.
• High School Diploma or GED.
• Ability to work autonomously and in a team environment.
• Strong attention to detail, demonstrated ability to follow-through, and speed with data entry.
• Minimum of one year of prior experience in healthcare and familiarity with medical terminology.

Responsibilities

• Assist with the clinical care of fertility patients
• Provide patient/couple counseling, procedure teaching, communicates physician orders and instructions
• Provide pre and post op education
• Establish a compassionate environment by providing emotional and psychological support to patients and patients' families
• Work independently to assure the program goals are achieved
• Support and promote excellence in customer service
