Job summary

US Fertility is seeking a Patient Care Coordinator for the Reproductive Science Center of the San Francisco Bay Area in Menlo Park, CA. Schedule is Tue–Fri, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, with one weekend per month and two holidays per year. Compensation ranges from $28 to $35 per hour, commensurate with experience.

You will assist with clinical care, provide counseling and education, and support both patients and families in a high‑quality fertility practice.

Qualifications

  • Excellent oral and written communication, interpersonal and customer service skills.
  • High School Diploma or GED.
  • Ability to work autonomously and in a team environment.
  • Strong attention to detail, follow-through, and comfort with data entry.
  • Minimum of one year of prior experience in healthcare and familiarity with medical terminology.

Responsibilities

  • Assist with the clinical care of fertility patients.
  • Provide patient/couple counseling, procedure teaching, communicates physician orders and instructions.
  • Provide pre and post op education.
  • Establish a compassionate environment by providing emotional and psychological support to patients and patients' families.
  • Work independently to assure the program goals are achieved.
  • Support and promote excellence in customer service.

Opportunity Overview

We have an immediate opening for a Patient Care Coordinator to join our team at Reproductive Science Center of the San Francisco Bay Area in Menlo Park, California.

  • Schedule: Tuesday through Friday, from 8:0 AM to 4:30 PM, one weekend per month and two holidays per year
  • Compensation: $28 to $35 per hour (commensurate with experience)

Qualifications and Skills Include:
  • Excellent oral and written communication, interpersonal and customer service skills
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Ability to work autonomously and in a team environment
  • Strong attention to detail, demonstrated ability to follow-through, and high degree of comfort with computer applications, accuracy and speed with data entry is required
  • Minimum of one year of prior experience in healthcare and familiarity with medical terminology
