Job summary

Everleap Fertility in Palo Alto is seeking an Advanced Practice Provider (NP or PA) to deliver high-level patient care in a premier fertility center. The APP assesses, diagnoses, treats, orders tests, educates patients, and supports medical management in collaboration with physicians and staff.

Schedule: Monday to Friday 8am–4pm with rotating weekends in the San Francisco office; hospital-grade teamwork and patient-centered care in a fast-paced environment are emphasized.

Qualifications

• Current NP or PA license with prescriptive authority.
• FNP or WHNP certification for NP track.
• NCCPA certification for PA track.
• MSN or DNP required.

Responsibilities

• Obtain detailed medical histories and perform physical exams.
• Conduct infertility evaluations and reproductive health assessments.
• Perform morning monitoring and ultrasound monitoring of cycles.
• Order, review, and interpret lab and diagnostic results.
• Develop individualized treatment plans with supervising physicians.
• Prescribe medications and provide referrals.
• Counsel patients on fertility treatment plans and outcomes.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and embryologists.
• Maintain EMR documentation and HIPAA compliance.
