Job summary

100Hires, Inc. is seeking a dependable, hands-on production associate for our Lincoln, Nebraska site. You will learn fermentation processes and microbiological techniques, operate and maintain fermentation equipment, and follow GMPs and SOPs. Training is provided and teamwork is essential.

This role requires basic mechanical aptitude, ability to follow detailed procedures, and willingness to work 3rd shift with potential overtime. Competitive benefits start Day 1.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to follow detailed procedures and accurately complete logs.
• Willingness to learn new manufacturing processes and equipment.
• Basic computer skills and ability to use Windows-based applications.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work safely in a regulated environment.

Responsibilities

• Support fermentation and production of active biological ingredients.
• Learn microbiological and fermentation techniques used in manufacturing.
• Operate, clean, and perform minor maintenance on fermentation equipment.
• Read and follow SOPs and GMP requirements; complete production documentation.
• Collaborate with team and communicate effectively across departments.
