Job summary

Zoetis in Lincoln, NE is seeking a production colleague to join the Fermentation team. You will perform fermentation of active biological ingredients, learn basic microbiology techniques, follow SOPs, and maintain equipment. The role emphasizes safety, reliability in attendance, and strong communication.

This 3rd shift (Sun-Thu, 10:00pm-6:30am) position offers overtime on weekends and holidays, on-site work, and opportunities to grow within a clean, modern plant recognized for safety.

Qualifications

• High school degree or equivalent.
• Basic mechanical skills.
• Knowledge of Windows PC applications.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate safe work habits and maintain a safe work environment; follow SOPs and safety procedures.
• Learn basic microbiological techniques to prepare and maintain cultures.
• Operate and maintain equipment such as fermentors, centrifuges, and filtration units.
• Read and report test results using scientific instruments and documentation.
