Job summary

ProFarm is seeking a detail‑oriented 3rd Shift Operator to support fermentation and formulation processes. You will follow SOPs, operate equipment, document results, and ensure product quality through routine testing and maintenance.

Qualified candidates have a high school diploma, a forklift certification or ability to obtain it within 30 days, and at least one year of process and equipment experience in fermentation or related fields. This is a full‑time on‑site role in Michigan.

• Minimum one year of process and equipment experience in fermentation or related fields.

Responsibilities

• Operates equipment following SOPs and supervisor instructions.
• Maintains documentation neatly and accurately.
• Monitors production, adjusts settings per SOP, and inspects equipment for safety.
• Coordinates with lab technicians to ensure product quality.
• Ensures deviation reporting and proper communication with on-site staff.
