Job summary

Arcadia Custom in Phoenix, AZ seeks a Product Development Manager to lead product development, engineering, and manufacturing improvements for aluminum window and door systems. You’ll collaborate with Operations, Quality, Supply Chain, and Product teams to develop and commercialize new products, while driving efficiency and cost improvements.

You will own the product roadmap and development budget and build a small team over 12–18 months. Occasional travel to Tucson and LA is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related technical field.
• 7+ years in engineering, product development or manufacturing.
• Experience leading new product development and commercialization.
• Experience with Stage-Gate or NPD processes.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration and communication.

Responsibilities

• Lead product development and engineering across the division.
• Lead aluminum extrusion design for window/door systems with thermal breaks.
• Plan fenestration testing and certification activities.
• Manage New Product Development and Introduction initiatives.
• Develop and manage product roadmaps and budgets.
• Build and mentor a 2–3 person product development team.
