Job summary

Texas Select Fencing LLC is seeking a Fence Sales Representative to run pre-booked home appointments, measure properties, and write quotes. This outside sales role visits homeowners 4–6 days a week, with leads provided and no cold-calling.

You will educate homeowners on materials, styles, and install processes, hand off projects to the manager with clean notes, and pursue a monthly closing target. Uncapped commissions offer strong earning potential, with paid training and mileage reimbursement.

Qualifications

We're looking for a Fence Sales Representative to run scheduled appointments with homeowners, measure their property, and write winning quotes. This is an outside sales role — you'll be at customers' homes 4–6 days a week.

Leads are provided. You're not cold-calling — homeowners requested a quote, and your job is to show up on time, build trust, and earn the project.

Top reps clear six figures in their second year. We coach hard but we also pay the people who close.

• Valid driver's license and clean driving record

• Comfortable measuring with a tape and reading a property survey
