Job summary

Texas Select Fencing LLC is seeking a Fence Sales Representative to run pre-booked homeowner appointments, measure properties, and craft on-site quotes. This outside sales role requires visiting customers' homes 4–6 days a week and turning estimates into signed projects.

You will leverage pricing tools, educate homeowners on materials and install processes, and hand off completed jobs to the project manager with clear notes. Uncapped commissions offer strong earning potential for top performers.

Qualifications

• Must have valid driver’s license and clean driving record
• Reliable vehicle provided/maintained or reimbursed
• Comfortable measuring with a tape and reading property surveys
• Excellent written and spoken communication skills
• Self-motivated with strong time-management and organizational abilities
• Construction or home-improvement background is a plus

Responsibilities

• Run 4–6 pre-booked appointments per day with homeowners

We're looking for a Fence Sales Representative to run scheduled appointments with homeowners, measure their property, and write winning quotes. This is an outside sales role — you'll be at customers' homes 4–6 days a week.

Leads are provided. You're not cold-calling — homeowners requested a quote, and your job is to show up on time, build trust, and earn the project.

Top reps clear six figures in their second year. We coach hard but we also pay the people who close.

• Run 4–6 pre-booked appointments per day across the metro area

• Build quotes on-site using our pricing tools (laptop / tablet)

• Educate homeowners on materials, styles, and the install process

• Follow up with prospects until they decide

• Hand off signed projects to the project manager with clean notes

• Hit a monthly closing target — we'll teach you the system
