Job summary

Texas Select Fencing LLC is seeking a Fence Sales Representative to run scheduled appointments with homeowners, measure properties, and write quotes. This is an outside sales role—you’ll be at customers' homes 4–6 days a week and will be provided leads (pre-booked) with no cold-calling.

You will educate homeowners on materials and install processes, build on-site quotes, and hand off signed projects to the project manager.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication with homeowners and ability to present solutions clearly.
• Strong self-management and time discipline for field work.
• Comfortable with showing up on time and following through on promises.
• Experience with CRM systems and basic spreadsheet use is a plus.

We're looking for a Fence Sales Representative to run scheduled appointments with homeowners, measure their property, and write winning quotes. This is an outside sales role — you'll be at customers' homes 4–6 days a week.

Leads are provided. You're not cold-calling — homeowners requested a quote, and your job is to show up on time, build trust, and earn the project.

Top reps clear six figures in their second year. We coach hard but we also pay the people who close.

• Run 4–6 pre-booked appointments per day across the metro area

• Educate homeowners on materials, styles, and the install process

• Follow up with prospects until they decide

• Hand off signed projects to the project manager with clean notes

• Hit a monthly closing target — we'll teach you the system

• Reliable vehicle and a smartphone (we'll reimburse mileage)

• Valid driver's license and clean driving record

• Comfortable measuring with a tape and reading a property survey

• Strong communication — written and spoken

• Self-motivated, organized, on-time

• Comfortable with a CRM and basic spreadsheets

• Construction or home-improvement background is a plus
