Job summary

Texas Select Fencing LLC is seeking a Fence Sales Representative to run pre-booked home appointments, measure properties, and write quotes in the field. You will work outside, at customers’ homes 4–6 days a week, with leads provided and mileage reimbursed.

Top reps earn six figures in year two+ and will be coached to close. You’ll use pricing tools on-site, maintain CRM records, and progress from ramp to sales leadership roles.

We're looking for a Fence Sales Representative to run scheduled appointments with homeowners, measure their property, and write winning quotes. This is an outside sales role — you'll be at customers' homes 4–6 days a week.

Leads are provided. You're not cold-calling — homeowners requested a quote, and your job is to show up on time, build trust, and earn the project.

Top reps clear six figures in their second year. We coach hard but we also pay the people who close.

• Run 4–6 pre-booked appointments per day across the metro area

• Educate homeowners on materials, styles, and the install process

• Reliable vehicle and a smartphone (we'll reimburse mileage)

• Valid driver's license and clean driving record

• Comfortable measuring with a tape and reading a property survey

• Strong communication — written and spoken

• Self-motivated, organized, on-time

• Comfortable with a CRM and basic spreadsheets

• Construction or home-improvement background is a plus
