Texas Select Fencing LLC is seeking a Fence Sales Representative to visit homeowners, measure properties, and write winning quotes. This is an outside sales role with 4–6 days at customers' homes weekly, with leads provided and no cold-calling.

Top reps earn six figures in the second year as they close deals and our training program builds your sales system. Expect mileage reimbursement, a strong ramp, and a clear path to management for high performers.

Qualifications

We're looking for a Fence Sales Representative to run scheduled appointments with homeowners, measure their property, and write winning quotes. This is an outside sales role — you'll be at customers' homes 4–6 days a week.

Leads are provided. You're not cold-calling — homeowners requested a quote, and your job is to show up on time, build trust, and earn the project.

Top reps clear six figures in their second year. We coach hard but we also pay the people who close.

• Run 4–6 pre-booked appointments per day across the metro area

• Measure properties accurately and identify scope

• Build quotes on-site using our pricing tools (laptop / tablet)

• Educate homeowners on materials, styles, and the install process

• Follow up with prospects until they decide

• Hand off signed projects to the project manager with clean notes

• Hit a monthly closing target — we'll teach you the system

• Reliable vehicle and a smartphone (we'll reimburse mileage)

• Valid driver's license and clean driving record

• Comfortable measuring with a tape and reading a property survey

• Strong communication — written and spoken
