Texas Select Fencing LLC seeks a Fence Sales Representative to run pre-booked appointments with homeowners, measure properties, and write quotes. This is an outside sales role, requiring 4–6 home visits weekly across the metro area; leads are provided, not cold-calling.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

We're looking for a Fence Sales Representative to run scheduled appointments with homeowners, measure their property, and write winning quotes. This is an outside sales role — you'll be at customers' homes 4–6 days a week.

Leads are provided. You're not cold-calling — homeowners requested a quote, and your job is to show up on time, build trust, and earn the project.

Top reps clear six figures in their second year. We coach hard but we also pay the people who close.

• Run 4–6 pre-booked appointments per day across the metro area

• Build quotes on-site using our pricing tools (laptop / tablet)

• Educate homeowners on materials, styles, and the install process

• Follow up with prospects until they decide

• Reliable vehicle and a smartphone (we'll reimburse mileage)

• Valid driver's license and clean driving record

• Comfortable measuring with a tape and reading a property survey

• Strong communication — written and spoken

• Self-motivated, organized, on-time

• Construction or home-improvement background is a plus
